If you say you have not received your order, then you haven’t. Contact us and you will get a replacement, no evidence required, no questions asked.
(For tracked postage, we will seek compensation from the courier from here on. For untracked postage, we bear all the risk. However if parcels keep getting lost for the same address, we will prompt certain buyers to upgrade to tracked postage.)
In some cases an item you ordered might be out of stock. We are happy to offer 20% off your entire order if you are willing to wait, or we can refund you and cancel the order at any time, as long as it’s not shipped yet.
